Key Result Areas – Leading 40 plus staff members globally (direct and outsourced)
- Business Case Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new digital payments use cases that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. Lead the creation of robust business cases to support investment and resource allocation.
- Squad Leadership: Establish and lead squads dedicated to the delivery of prioritized Payments & Remittance initiatives. Define squad objectives; ensure collaborative execution and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Manage product teams pertaining to Payments & Remittance and Bill Payments.
- Support other upcoming geographies where Mashreq is expanding its reach, e.g., Pakistan, Egypt.
