Job Description
Role Definition:
Reporting directly to the site Operations Manager, the Senior Production Manager will achieve business value, improve customer service, drive employee performance and assist operations manager in the efficient management of the operation. The senior production manager will ensure that targets are met and regularly challenged and improved on withing two production hall areas. Delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with critical control points, GMP and H&S requirements.
