Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting daily production targets and process yield goals, providing immediate intervention when targets are at risk.
- Manages shift handovers and inter-departmental coordination to ensure a seamless production flow, preventing gaps between shifts.
- Initiates LSS projects to shorten production times and eliminate operational waste.
- Optimizes resource allocation across different lines to eliminate bottlenecks and balance production workloads.
- Collaborates with Engineering closely on floor layouts that save space and reduce travel time.
- Audits production activities to ensure all operators strictly follow SOP and quality protocols.
- Instill and maintain a high standard of discipline within the production department.
- Trains and develops junior Supervisors in leadership and technical problem-solving.
