Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily occupational nursing activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct pre-placement and transfer medical examinations in accordance with established protocols.
- Assess baseline health status and determine employees’ fitness for duty.
- Perform periodic medical surveillance and health screenings to detect early signs of target organ damage related to occupational exposures.
- Identify affected employees and manage early intervention, including appropriate referrals.
- Report and assist with the management of all injuries on duty (IODs) and occupational diseases.
