Senior Program Manager, DoD SETA — TS/SCI

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager based in the Philippines. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s degree, along with ten years of specialized experience in program management and clear supervisory skills.

The Program Manager will oversee contract execution, manage teams, ensure compliance, and maintain quality assurance standards. Occasional local and CONUS travel is expected for customer meetings and program reviews.
