Job Description
Lead the charge in enhancing patient experiences as a Senior Program Manager for Patient Support Programs. This role demands expertise in team leadership and program execution, based in Toronto, Montreal, Moncton, or Calgary.
As the Senior Program Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Patient Programs, overseeing a dedicated team of Program Managers. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality patient support programs while ensuring compliance with KPIs and regulatory guidelines. Collaborating with partners and stakeholders, you will co-create solutions that improve patient journeys and resolve client issues.
