Work Setup: Onsite
Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am - 3pm; Fixed weekends off
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Program Manager experience
- Able to handle multiple teams all at once
- With prior experience with compliance and performance management
- Knowledge in tech products
- BPO experience with B2B experience in the US Market
- Strong English communication skills
- Okay with growing his/her team – only 5 team members in the PH to date
Duties and Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI):
- Lead end-to-end NPI programs across various product categories, from development kickoff to production ramp-up and launch.
