As a Senior Project Controls Specialist, you will work on a diverse range of projects including infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, electrical, and civil projects. These projects vary in size from $5 million to $1 billion. You will support the Project Controls Manager in implementing project controls standards, processes, and reporting across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage detailed project schedules using P6, including bid schedules built from plans and specifications.
+ Break down estimates, load costs and resources, and manage cost- and resource-loaded schedules using CPM.
+ Track and analyze project performance using earned value metrics (PV, EV, CPI, SPI) and communicate KPIs to project teams and leadership.
+ Monitor progress, update schedules with actuals, and identify impacts from delays, changes, or risks.
