Job Description
Ultra Precision Control Systems (Ultra PCS) is looking for a Lead Engineer to support the development of the next generation of critical control and data processing products. The role requires leading the technical activities of a multi-disciplinary engineering team and working with the Project Manager to deliver the programme on cost, schedule and quality through its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver engineering development.
- Balance competing demands and requirements, assessing customer requirements, and prioritizing workload as required.
- Lend a wide understanding of electronics, software, systems and mechanical disciplines.
- Plan, coordinate and present at design reviews.
- Interact with non-engineering supporting functions.
- Support customer, partner and strategic supplier meetings.
