A global manufacturer of construction machinery is seeking an experienced engineer to serve as the technical link between the European market and headquarters R&D, ensuring that new and existing machines meet the demands of sites.
This is a high-impact role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence product strategy and design.

Define product requirements based on customer and application research Benchmark competitor machines and emerging technologies Guide system design and lead test/validation reviews during development Lead European Early Warranty Trials (EWT) for new product launches Monitor in-market product performance and drive issue resolution with HQ Track regulatory and technology trends, advising HQ on compliance and innovation Your profile :
