Job Description
- To co-ordinate with client, sub-contractors on project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation
- Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
- Project planning and scheduling including evaluation of project resources
- Civil Structure Design (CSD) / Structural, Electrical and Mechanical (SEM) design development.
- Liaising with consultants on construction drawing, as built drawing, design analysis, design work and design check for approval
- Attend Weekly progress / design coordination meeting with Client and Consultants for construction methodology, work quality control and to resolve technical issues
