Department: Installation & Testing Department The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing elevator and escalator projects from commencement to handover. Job Description Attend weekly on-site project meetings with clients. Attend monthly site safety meetings with clients. Attend monthly payment collection meetings at the office. Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. Manage and process purchase requisitions and documentation via SAP, including Goods Receipt (GR), Service Receipt (SR), and project costing reports. Prepare and submit local purchase catalogues and sample boards to consultants. Prepare and submit site reports as requested. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local regulatory codes.
