Job Description
Leads the discipline production engineering team drafting squad leaders, material controllers, etc. to meet project fabrication requirements. Technically capable in strategizing and delivering the discipline level fabrication efforts for complex EPIC projects. Manages inter and intra functional interfaces at discipline level for the fabrication portion of the project with minimal guidance. Responsible for optimal utilization and development of the discipline team assigned on project.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Understand the overall project scope of work to lead and guide the discipline production engineering team to meet project fabrication deliverables in line with the fabrication sequence schedule.
