Responsibilities
- Lead a Project Team of Consultants, Contractors, Developer in daily-site activities
- Lead, plan and develop project specific Contract Management Plan.
- Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting.
- Responsible for periodic progress reports.
- Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress.
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
- Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
- Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
- Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts
- Conduct periodic safety inspection
