About The Role
This is a senior role within our Asphalt Paving Division, responsible for winning and delivering paving projects across the region. You will manage multiple projects end to end, balance commercial outcomes with safe delivery, and support the growth and capability of your team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead tendering, pricing reviews, and project handover for asphalt paving contracts
- Own delivery of multiple projects, from planning through to final account
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost to complete reporting with accuracy
- Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Guide and support a team of Engineers and Supervisors
- Ensure quality, safety, and environmental requirements are met on all sites
