Job Description
We are working with a well-established multifamily general contractor based in South West Florida that is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to its team.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
- Lead communication between ownership, architects, engineers, subcontractors, field teams, and internal leadership.
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure project schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
