Parsons is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure to join our Design Team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple complex infrastructure design projects, primarily focused on roads, highways, and utilities, for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of technical delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction across all projects. The position requires strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent and high‑quality project execution within a consultancy environment.
