A global leader in premium shared office space is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across Middle East portfolio.
This role requires a highly experienced professional who can oversee multiple complex office fit-out projects from concept to completion ensuring exceptional quality efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage local project teams through all phases of design development and construction.
- Oversee all project phases including feasibility budgeting procurement construction handover and post-completion reviews.
- Chair and coordinate project meetings with internal teams and external partners across Middle East.
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and company standards.
