You define and execute program strategies aligned with product line objectives and business targets You lead and oversee multiple global sourcing and development projects, ensuring delivery across technical scope, cost, quality, and timelines You coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams such as engineering, sourcing, quality, or operations in a matrix organization You proactively identify risks and deviations, and drive mitigation plans in alignment with senior stakeholders You organize and lead risk and governance meetings with management and key stakeholders You ensure structured and transparent project reporting (KPIs, budgets, milestones) in line with PMO standards You manage project planning and financial tracking using tools such as MS Project You ensure successful project closure, including post-project follow-up (SOP +6 months) and handover to Product Ma...
