Required qualifications B. Sc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management specifically management of large-scale developments Admin, reporting and ability to perform under pressure Stakeholder management Responsibilities Manage large scale residential housing projects from town planning stage through to final completion. Oversee planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost.
