Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for projects, from tender award / handover stage through to contract execution, and handover to client
- Maintain client relationships
- Responsible for completion of all projects including contracts, procurement, engineering, technical and finance
- Manage sub-contractors, suppliers and site activities
- Monitor and manage the execution of projects
- Monitor and manage all financial aspects of the project
- Approve supplier invoices for payment
- Approval drawings
- Ensure compliance with client contract specifications
- Project contract management
- Manage project cash flow
- Complete monthly accruals and project documentation
- Maintain the project schedule
- Weekly Action Plan meetings to communicate project deliverables and financial requirements
