Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage semiconductor facility projects, with primary focus on Chemical Distribution Systems (CDS), from project initiation through final handover.
- Take responsibility for project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
- Develop project execution plans, manpower deployment plans, procurement strategies and construction schedules.
- Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project milestones.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and system turnover activities to ensure successful project completion and client acceptance.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and contractual matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders, providing regular project updates and resolving technical or commercial issues.
