Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee construction project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows and communication
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on status, cost control, and resource utilization for informed decision-making
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, variation orders, and contract administration to optimize financial performance
