Senior Project Payroll Consultant
City of London – Hybrid working – 4 months temporary assignment – £500 – £900 per day.
We are seeking a Senior payroll consultant to assess and recommend a new or improved payroll operating model.
Responsibilities
- Review the current payroll operating model end-to-end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain points.
- Assess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the future.
- Evaluate realistic future-state options.
- Recommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organization.
