Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Surveyor to join our growing Masterplanning costing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of large-scale developments with a focus on early-stage planning asset evaluation and infrastructure strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of early-stage cost estimates for complex masterplans incorporating infrastructure utilities and asset mix considerations.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess cost implications across land use development phasing and infrastructure strategy.
- Liaise with utility providers and technical consultants to validate assumptions and refine cost inputs.
- Assist in the development of cost models and benchmarking databases to support regional projects.
