Job Description

Summary

The Senior Property Accountant will have day-to-day responsibility for overseeing the accounting of the Single-Family Rental (SFR) property portfolios of large clients, utilizing US GAAP in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will coordinate record-to-report activity, ensuring the ability to close monthly, producing accurate financials in a consistent and controlled manner. The incumbent will also coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to support issue resolution and delivery of financial information.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly close process including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, analysis of variations and communication of the results.
