Senior Property Management Surveyor - Head of Department
£60,000 - £75,000 + performance bonus | Chester based firm | Hybrid Flexible working
Lead the Property & Asset Management team at an established Chester commercial practice, taking ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio and the people who manage it.
In your first year you'll shape the department's service standards, build client relationships across a varied asset base, and develop the team's systems and performance.
You'll bring:
- MRICS, with solid commercial property and asset management experience
- A track record of leading or developing a team
- Strong organisation, client-handling and Excel/Office 365 skills
- Full UK driving licence (regular site visits)
