Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-year repositioning projects, including construction oversight, tenant buildouts, and landlord’s work
- Manage budgets, P&L, capital management and reporting including analyzing and acting on financial results
- Oversee complex building operations with high service standards
- Build trust with tenants, staff, co-owners, investors, and contractors
