Our client is a reputable property developer and mall operator with a strong portfolio of premium shopping centres in Hong Kong. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a seasoned and hands-on Senior Facility Manager to lead facility and property management operations for their shopping malls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the smooth facility management and operation of two mall teams, covering repair & maintenance, tenant relations, mall services, security, cleaning, and overall facility operations.
- Allocate optimal resources to enhance team coordination and continuously improve property management service quality.
- Source, manage, and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure high service standards and cost efficiency.
