We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the Property Management department at a highly respected Estate & Lettings Agency covering Isleworth and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and suppliers.
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs.
• Carrying out periodic property inspections and reporting findings.
• Ensuring legal compliance (e.g., safety certificates, tenancy notices).
• Organising tenancy renewals, move-ins, and check-outs.
• Keeping records updated and using CRM/property management systems.
