Hire Resolve is looking for a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to manage a high-value property portfolio in Pretoria . This role is ideal for a property specialist with over a decade of experience in Sectional Title and Homeowners’ Association (HOA) management who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Portfolio Management: Oversee all aspects of a dedicated Sectional Title and HOA portfolio.
Legal Compliance: Ensure full adherence to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) and CSOS requirements.
Advisory & Liaison: Act as a strategic consultant to Trustees and Directors, attending meetings and providing expert guidance.
Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the schemes, including budget monitoring and financial reporting.
