Senior Proposals Lead - Bid Strategy & Execution

McDermott International, Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Principal Proposals Specialist responsible for interpreting business issues and solving complex proposal-related challenges. You will lead functional teams and manage the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company strategy.

We require 7 years of Bids & Proposals experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background in FPSO/Floating Facilities project bidding is preferred.
