Responsibilities
- Handles and resolves conflicts, enquiries, feedback and complaints from client, consultants, building management, public, CAG, NEA and various stakeholders through e-mails and phone calls pertaining to the project.
- Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations, stakeholders and the public.
- Planning and launching of public relations programme
- Responsible for the production of all communication materials related to the public relations effort
- Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials.
- SPRO is to proactively initiate and take charge all public relations engagement and outreach activities, such as face-to-face dialogue sessions, exhibitions, roadshows etc
- SPRO shall interface with the LTA, CAG, PTO and all relevant stakeholders on the design of visuals on the hoardings at stations.
