Own Key Electronics Categories:
Manage sourcing of electronic components such as PCB/PCBA, semiconductors, ICs, connectors, and related assemblies.Evaluate cost, MOQ, and lead-time trade-offs before PO commitment.Identify potential single-source or long lead-time exposure within your portfolio.Navigate Supply Volatility:
Monitor market signals such as lead-time shifts, allocation risk, and demand swings.Work with Planning to align buying strategy with forecast changes.Support mitigation actions during seasonal shortages or constrained supply conditions.Execute Technical Discipline:
