To issue Purchase Order and ensure every Purchase Order with Acknowledgement.
To negotiate best payment term & Incoterms for the company.
To source new supplier, follow customer’s specification for competitive price.
To request at least 3 quotations for price comparison.
To review exposure and highlight to Sales Team for next action. Full spectrum of the purchasing process (Processing of Purchase Orders, liaise, monitor, follow up and expedite delivery with suppliers).
