Location: Malaysia - Shah Alam
Main Purpose of Job
The purpose of this pivotal role is to manage the procurement and sourcing activities for our growing Procurement Services sector. Primarily focused on the Asia Pacific region but supporting the global business, the role includes supporting and implementing the Procurement Services strategy for the region, executing operational purchasing activities, ensuring on time deliveries and maintaining a compliant vendor network.
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with Offshore, Logistics teams, Head of Procurement Services, and APAC team, to support and implement the Procurement Services strategy.
- Lead sourcing and manage operational procurement and purchasing activities for Procurement Services business in the region, and beyond where required.
- Ensure competitive vendor rates, and a compliant and fit for purpose vendor network.
