About your role
Design, develop, maintain and scale automated test frameworks using Appium/ Selenium for daily test coverage and reliability reporting. Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure tests are routinely executed as part of the development lifecycle. Oversee sanity test, smoke test, performance test, regression test of QA team. Manage resource allocation and schedule of test runs. Oversee work quality of QA team to ensure consistency and accuracy to minimize escaped defects. Manage bug tracking and test case management using Jira and Zephyr. Analyze, summarize, document test results with clarity for the development team. Collaborate with the development team for issue resolution. Manage bug priority and escalation policy.
