MaxLinear is looking for a Senior QA Manager to lead and evolve our software quality assurance strategy. This role combines technical expertise in QA methodologies with strong leadership and team management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through robust testing frameworks, automation, and continuous improvement practices. In this role, you will focus on the following:
- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test automation frameworks for embedded and application-level software
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and hardware teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software lifecycle
