Senior QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary :

The QA/QC Engineer (MEP) is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control systems, in compliance with the company’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the MEP QA/QC Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements;
• Ensure mechanical, electrical and plumbing works comply with quality standards, drawings, and project specifications;
• Conduct routine and special site inspections for MEP installations;
• NCR Management - Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct trainings and provide technical support and guidance to junior QA/QC engineers/supervisors;
• Attend quality meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports for Management or Stakeholders;
• Assist in Internal and External Quality Audits for MEP related matters;
