Senior QHSE Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Senior QHSE Engineer to lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, and Health, Safety & Environmental functions across our West Africa operations. This role suits a hands-on QHSE professional with 3–5 years of focused experience who is ready to step into a senior leadership position, drive integrated management systems, and embed a strong culture of quality and safety across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and develop the QA, QC, Food Safety, and HSE functions to meet company objectives and KPIs.
• Drive the implementation, certification, and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC management systems.
• Develop and enforce QHSE policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Manage supplier assurance programs including audits, risk assessments, approvals, and performance reviews.
