BG Global is hiring a Senior Engineer QS Costing MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead MEP quantity surveying, costing, estimation, and commercial activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: -Lead quantity surveying and costing activities for MEP works across high-rise construction projects -Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and quantity take-offs -Monitor project budgets, variations, claims, and cost control activities to ensure commercial efficiency -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for costing and contractual matters -Evaluate quotations, subcontractor pricing, and procurement costs to optimize project budgets -Prepare project cost reports, payment certifications, and commercial documentation -Ensure all comme...
