China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting an experienced Senior QA/QC Manager to lead and manage the QA/QC function for a prestigious large-scale construction project in Dubai, UAE.
This is an excellent opportunity for senior quality professionals with strong experience in high-rise buildings, mega projects, main contracting, ISO compliance, inspections, testing, audits, and quality management systems .
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Lead and manage the project QA/QC team and oversee day-to-day quality operations.
- Establish project quality KPIs, performance metrics, monitoring systems, and reporting mechanisms.
