- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Productivity Improvement in SPX Express Singapore
- Act as the advisor for the core operations team, identifying areas of process improvements, standardization, and compliance across the operation team
- Initiate and lead projects to achieve sustainable improvement of operational metrics
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to design, improve and track business KPIs, ensuring that KPIs drive towards achieving the right culture and mindset in SPX Express Singapore
- Interface with Product Management team for system enhancement requests, new features roll‑out and implementation
- Play a part in cross‑functional projects as necessary
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines
