Minimum Requirements:
Quality Control
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in related field
- 5+ Years experience in Quality Control
- Professional Registration (FSSC, ISO, SAQI - preferable)
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, processes, and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Quality Control
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices are followed during operation
- Supervise all quality and technical activities on the floor
- Interpret lab results and product testing
- Ensure correct product identification, labeling, traceability
- Promote a quality culture on the floor
- Ensure non-conforming products are identified and controlled
- Verify quality through lab analysis and testing procedures
