Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer:
Develop and execute inspection and test plans, direct product verification processes, and ensure traceability and robustness in manufacturing methods.
Lead process improvement projects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Work with Operations, Engineering, and Audit teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Prepare detailed reports on departmental activities, rejected items, and overall quality metrics.
Understand customer specifications and maintain adherence to quality standards and ethics policies.
