Overview

Senior Quality Engineer (Replacement) for the Plasma Control Technologies division at the Penang site. We are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual to complement our team.

What You Will Do

  • Managed outgoing quality control processes, including buyoff and visual inspections of assemblies and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Developed and implemented in-process quality control systems to maintain consistent product quality and operational excellence.
  • Led root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives using 8D methodology, driving effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Oversaw non-conformance management (NCR) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes to ensure timely resolution and proper disposition of quality issues.
