In this role, you will impact product reliability and customer satisfaction by identifying quality issues early, supporting root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions that improve manufacturing and engineering processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality inspections and testing of products and components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues identified during production or testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes and product reliability.
- Perform and lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
- Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator).
