Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic consultant to Campaign Managers, providing actionable data that links quality scores to business outcomes like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Retention.
- Lead the Quality section of Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting trends, improvement initiatives, and Value-Add projects to global clients.
- Ensure all interactions adhere to legal and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS for fintech or GDPR for European markets), minimizing the risk of Zero Tolerance infractions.
- Manage and develop a team of Quality Managers and Quality Analysts, focusing on their analytical skills and career progression.
