This is a brand‑new position within a newly created Preventative Quality function - a chance to help build something from the ground up. The organisation is shifting away from a reactive, firefighting quality culture, and you’ll be right at the centre of that transformation.
You’ll focus on long‑term quality improvement rather than short‑term fixes, supporting the development of a robust Quality Management System, strengthening governance of special processes, and driving preventative activity into busy operational teams. It’s a role for someone who’s persistent, influential, and comfortable being “politely disruptive” when needed.
