Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • 5 Days || 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
  • Working location: AMK
  • $4,500 to $6,000
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects.
  • Need to have both M&E experience.
  • Contract Knowledge: Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts commonly used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA ).
  • Systems: Familiarity with ERP/Project Management systems (e.g., ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • This role focuses on the technical quantification of claims and providing hands‑on support to project‑based QS staff.
  • The person transforms site data into robust financial submissions, ensuring the company’s legal entitlements are protected.
